Before joining Total Fitness and meeting Olivia I was so unhappy with myself and my body but I was finally determined to do something about it. I had gradually put a lot of weight on over the years until I was at my biggest weight of 14.2 st. I had previously tried many ways of losing weight by embarking on fad diets that I never kept to and hardly any exercise.
Olivia was like a breath of fresh air; she showed me a new diet that was healthy, easy to follow and never left me hungry. Along with this she trained me at the gym working on my balance, posture and strength whilst also concentrating on my weight loss. I have never enjoyed exercise until I met Olivia; she made it fun and showed me many different workouts that gave my training a variety that also made it enjoyable.
In just three months I have dropped 3 dress sizes, 19cm off my waist and I now weigh 12.7 st. I never thought I’d get here because of how much I had failed in the past and I have Olivia to thank for all of it. In the beginning she sat with me and helped me come up with my goal and the steps I needed to take to reach it. She was always there when I needed her too with inspirational texts and emails and always there to answer my queries on food and exercise through the week.
I have so much more confidence now in my body and in my determination and ability to stick to my new healthy lifestyle that Olivia has introduced me to. I would recommend her to anyone who would like to lose weight and change their life. I now feel comfortable in my own body and finally fitting into my skinny wardrobe that has been locked away for such a long time.
